Fabletics TEES UP and GETS SERVED for April 2023, with the first installment of the inaugural Club Sport collection.
We threw it back to the golden era of club sports with the introduction of all-new golf and tennis collections for both women and men. Referencing classic 80’s-inspired club sports’ moments, we created content with a nod to a modern-retro flair, all in service of disruption.

This series of images focuses on the traditional country club sports, but we chose to make it fun and flirty to support the apparel assortment.
To support the campaign and on-model imagery, we also photographed the full collection as editorial still life to showcase the collection and it’s seasonal color palette.

A series of web, email and social assets showcasing the imagery and Club Sport focused storytelling.
Shot through the same vintage lens, and with club sport sensibility, the Fabletics Swim capsule empowers the female form through style and movement, highlighting the performance tech and fashion pieces within the Swim collection. We chose to tell this story in an entirely different way. Instead of shooting swim at the pool or at the beach, we leaned into the fun and active side of swimwear.
Instead of shooting our e-commerce imagery in a traditional way, we leaned heavily into styling and props to tell the story of swim, without showing a beach or a pool. It’s clear what we’re selling, and is a unique way to bring to life a capsule within a larger collection in it’s own special way.

Young. Carefree. Vibrant. For May, we looked back to the 90s, and took inspiration from the energy and texture of that very special era. The weather warmed up, and the layers came off, and we unofficially kicked off the summer.
The 90’s inspired our styling and the looks we built. From halter tops and biker shorts, sports bras paired with baggier bottoms, and bold colors & prints to show off your personality and self-expression. We strolled down Abbott Kinney, played volleyball at the beach, and even had a skate session with the girls.

We elevated the e-commerce photography for the Men’s French Terry collection. The idea was simple: how do we say “summertime beach” without leaving the studio? Easy, we prop it and style it so the final output exudes the essence of the idea.

From the beach to the burbs, we brought the June story to life in the San Fernando valley! As the region geared up for Summer break, we leaned heavily into the feeling of school letting out for summer. Whether young or old, we can all appreciate the carefree nature we feel as the promise of longer days approach. And June kicked off that feeling! For the shoot output, we showcased fresh scenes and alternative sports like skateboarding and roller skating.

For the first quarter in 2023, we switched up our usual creative direction, and look at the output for the full 3 months, together at one time. This enabled us to create a more holistic campaign, with different outputs within each monthly story, that still laddered up to a big idea within the quarterly theme.
We rang in the new year with a high-energy, sport-focused photoshoot that embodies the ethos of “The World Is Your Playground.” Running, training, basketball, pickleball, bocce—anything was fair game as we threw out the playbook, got outside and just got after it!

We continued the story of “The World Is My Playground,” with the February installment focused on the joy of reaching new heights in your workouts and accomplishing great things. We captured the feeling of sport, and the celebrations it inspires. A new personal record in the gym. A group spin class with people emanating joy while riding, dancing and moving their bodies, feeling free.

To round out the Q1 2023 theme of “The World Is Your Playground,” the March installment tells the story of exercise and activity within the urban environment. Our playful approach to this shoot showcased the interaction between the crew and their city surroundings, where we were able to find downtime and zen in a yoga studio. We created compelling looks and showcased them on-the-go for all day comfort from dawn to dusk.
